I. Introduction to CYZ Self-priming Oil Pump The CYZ self-priming centrifugal oil pump adopts an axial liquid-return pump body structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. It can be made of materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, etc., as required. Driven by a motor, it uses a cemented carbide mechanical seal, which is durable. Its main feature is the strong self-priming capability, which can suck liquid below the ground into the pump through the inlet pipeline and then deliver it out. It can be used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, alcohol, and aviation kerosene at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C. It is an excellent marine loading and unloading oil pump, and is also suitable for oil transportation in land oil depots, oil tank trucks and other oil storage devices. It can also be used to transport seawater, fresh water and other liquids.II. Details of CYZ Self-priming Oil Pump
III. Principle of CYZ Self-priming Oil Pump The self-priming centrifugal oil pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After normal startup, the impeller sucks the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together, and they are fully mixed in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid carrying gas flows toward the outer edge of the volute chamber, forming a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion pipe. At this time, due to the sudden decrease in flow velocity, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas-liquid, and the gas continues to rise and be discharged through the pump outlet. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber, and enters the impeller again through the return hole, mixing with the gas sucked from the suction pipeline inside the impeller. Under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller, it flows toward the outer edge of the impeller again. As this process repeats, the air in the suction pipeline continues to decrease until the air is exhausted, completing the self-priming process, and the pump starts normal operation.IV.
